Many castles open their doors to you and offer you numerous activities, exceptional events as well as great surprises!
Celebrating castles, what are they?
“Châteaux en fête” brings together numerous castles from Périgord and Lot-et-Garonne which welcome you to help you discover or rediscover these places full of history!
During these two exceptional weeks, this event allows you to live unique experiences between activities, special evenings and festivities to share with family, friends or as a couple!”
Exceptional concert by the Austrasia Quartet on April 24, 2026!
Under the artistic direction of Laurent Tardif, the Austrasia Quartet will immerse you in the heart of classical music through delicate melodies enhanced by the exceptional acoustics of our “auditorium” – projection room located in the cellar and restored in 2025!
What is the program for the evening?
- Brasserie open from 7:00 p.m. (until 9:00 p.m.) for dinner service, à la carte dishes.
- Concert at 9:15 p.m.
Conditions / Reservation
- Free access to the concert for people who have reserved their dinner at the brasserie
- Concert alone: 10€/person

Program
From April 11 to May 3, 2026:
Falconry workshop for children (5-13 years old) at 2:15 p.m., by reservation (except Saturdays).
Musketeers workshop (8-88 years old) at 3:45 p.m. and 5:15 p.m., by reservation, Monday to Friday.
Feeding of exotic birds from 12 p.m. to 12:45 p.m. (except Saturdays).
Goat feeding from 3:45 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. (except Saturday).
Street art workshop (6-99 years old) at 4 p.m., by reservation, Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Immersion aviary open all day from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Our raptor presentations take place at 11:15 a.m., 3 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
NEW ! “Wild cuisine: from plant to syrup” workshop:
Immerse yourself in the world of edible plants. Pick and make a raw plant syrup to take home.
Workshop at 2:45 p.m.: Wednesdays and Thursdays
From 6 to 99 years old. Limited to 12 people. Duration 45 minutes. Reservations strongly recommended on 05 53 59 31 21 or via the Facebook account @lechateaudesmilandes.

Escape Game “Josephine’s Underneath”: two sessions at 3:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. (only Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays). Please note, service separate from the visit to the castle, see our prices on the page dedicated to the escape game and reservation only via our online ticket office.
