Winter holidays

We open the castle for the winter holidays from Saturday February 7 to Sunday March 8, 2026 from 11.30a.m to 6p.m. (last admission 5p.m.).
The brasserie is opened but there is no presentation of birds of prey.
Enjoy the castle, even in winter!
For workshops, parents are welcome and can have fun with their child if the workshop is not full. Our workshops are very interactive!
Finally, for those who are more cautious, the castle is well heated.
Immersion aviary: 11.30am-6.00p.m., every day.

Pastry Workshop at 4:30 pm on Tuesdays (February 10 to March 3, 2026)
Our chef looks forward to welcoming you to create a banana-vanilla-chocolate tartlet. You’ll learn how to make caramelized bananas, an opaline glaze, and perfect Chantilly cream! Assemble your tartlet and unleash your creativity, just like Josephine, while learning!
Cooking Workshop at 4:30 pm on Thursdays (February 12 to March 5, 2026)
Come spend some time in the heart of the “Lou Tornoli” brasserie’s kitchen. During this workshop, you’ll make a Périgord walnut pâté. The chef will guide you through each step to reveal all its secrets. We look forward to seeing you!

The Falconry workshop for children (Children from 5 to 13 years old
Workshop at 3:30 p.m.: Monday to Friday
From Monday February 9 to Friday March 6, 2026.
Child aged 5 to 13 – Duration 30 min – a parent is invited to follow their childs during the workshop (limited to one adult per family for organizational and safety reasons).
Parents wishing to enroll their 4-year-old child in the falconry workshop can do so subject to available places and payment of child entry, like children over 5 years old.
