Our car park is free and is less than 50 metres from the main entrance gates.
Disabled parking is approximately 40 metres from the entrance gate. Wheelchair users must be accompanied (there is a public footpath from the parking to the Château).
Coaches and caravans have allocated parking spaces.
Overnight parking is prohibited; please ask at the reception desk for directions to the nearest caravan park.
Photography is prohibited inside the castle. Please understand we have a high quantity of unpublished and copyrighted documents on display.
There are open areas in the park with picnic tables but unfortunately, no covered areas in the event of rain.
Last admission at reception is 1 hour before closing. This should allow you enough time to see the castle and the top terraces of the garden. However, we advise you to plan at least 2 hours for your visit to benefit from all the activities offered.
Our friendly and helpful members of staff speak French and English and our brochures are in French, English, Dutch, German, Spanish and Italian.
The audio-guides are in French, English, Dutch, German, Spanish, Russian and Chinese.
Payment methods: cash, cheque (with proof of identity), bank/credit card (with no minimum payment) and traveller’s cheques.
Pets are prohibited for safety reasons due to incompatibility with our birds of prey. Please be aware there are no exceptions to this rule.
The castle gift shop is located at the end of the tour adjacent to the small projection room showing an exciting and in-depth documentary on Josephine Baker.
Our brasserie is open and reserved for visitors to the castle.
